About the job

Problems
A company was designing a new line to improve the safety and workability of their motorcycle disassembly process. One of the tasks was to remove motorcycle engines weighing up to 100 kg, work that carried with it the risk of back injury, dropped engines and pinching. It was also inefficient work, as it required the use of multiple operators.
Solutions
The company was delighted with the improvement, which achieved greater safety as well as speed.
