About the job

Problems
Operators were pouring molten metal into casting molds. The work was hot and dangerous. In addition, the quality of the casted parts depended on synchronizing the timing of the operators. The client had increased their production volume and needed bigger casted truck engine parts, so they were considering using a machine to do the work.
Solutions
Thanks to three Overhead rail system Raku-Raku Hands, the company can now put up to 40 kg of hot metal in the ladles, and all three operators can pour them in at exactly the same time. The operators are very happy with the product, since they can safely and easily pour the molten method with the same precision as manual work to ensure the highest quality.
