Fitting glass into metal sliding door frames

Solutions
Made alignment easy and alleviated heavy work so that all operators could perform it

About the job

Problems
A company’s production line was outputting small batches of glass doors in multiple sizes. Mounting the glass panes inside the metal frames required difficult alignment procedures and could not be done by machine.
Solutions
The panes were multilayered glass and weighed 60 kg each, making the fitting work quite heavy.
After installing the Raku-Raku Hand, however, the job was easy enough for all employees to handle alone.
