About the job

Problems
Various rolled film materials weighing about 250 kg each were delivered to a company standing upright on multiple pallets. The operators were setting the materials in the pasting machine by inserting a pole into the paper bore and tilting the rolls to lower them down, but the work carried a high accident risk and needed to be improved. They tried attaching a rotating tool to a crane, but they had problems with it because it was difficult to work with and took a great deal of time.
Solutions
After the Raku-Raku Hand was installed, the operators were able to safely carry out the work without sacrificing speed.
