Rotating rolls of film

Solutions
Made work light enough for any operator to perform while maintaining product quality

About the job

Problems
A company was picking up rolls of film to stack them vertically in a cart.
The work could only be performed by male operators, and the edges of the rolls often got dented when the operators stood them up.
Solutions
All operators at the plant can now perform the work.
Because the rolls are now rotated in midair, the edges are never crushed.
Because the Raku-Raku hand attaches a clamp to the paper bore, the rolls of film no longer become crinkled during transport. An ingenious arm design allowed the company to install the machine in an area with low ceilings.
The pedestal allows the operators to easily change their work layout when necessary.
